What packaging materials do you use?
Daily Self Care Co. uses simple, minimal yet practical packaging that can be reused or recycled. We make every effort to ensure, as much as possible, that it is biodegradable, compostable, recyclable or reusable. We work with brands who are aligned with our values to ensure we are doing the best we can to look after the world we live in. Our brands are committed to using natural, sustainable, cruelty free sources.

How do pre-orders work?
From time to time we release boxes that are available for pre-order.
Pre-orders must be paid for at the time of placing the order.
Please read the product description carefully for the estimated delivery date.
You will receive an email notification when your order is posted.
What if the item I'm currently looking for is sold out?
What payment options are available?
At the checkout, you can choose 'Pay with a PayPal account' or 'Pay with a credit or debit card' (a PayPal account is not required for this option).

Absolutely! We have boxes designed specially for our corporate customers, to help them pause and create a daily self care routine. Contact us and we would be more than happy to assist you.
What brands do you stock?
We work in partnership with local businesses, building a community for mutual growth and support. We have specifically sourced locally made cruelty free products that stay friends with the earth by using recycled and reusable packaging.
Cleaning & Sanitising
We have introduced new best practices and taken the necessary steps to ensure we are actively managing against COVID-19.
The 'packing station' is throughly cleaned and sanitised both before and after packing orders.
Prior to packing any orders, hands must be throughly washed or sanitised.
Disposable gloves and masks are worn when orders are being packed.
